A science gold medalist, amateur astronomer, and cricket coach in his spare time, Praveen Kumar Pande – Director of Sales, UK region at Experion Technologies – brings with him over two decades of experience and a proven track record in the IT services industry.

Praveen has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead high-impact sales initiatives across the UK and EU, especially in the BFSI sector. With leadership roles at renowned firms such as NTT Data (Keane), HCL, and Zensar, he has driven strategic growth, nurtured client relationships, and won major logos across the region.

His academic credentials include a Master’s in MIS & Marketing, adding business insight to his technical foundation in science.Based out of Windsor, UK, Praveen lives with his wife and son. At Experion, he is tasked with deepening our footprint across the UK/EU markets, which are increasingly critical to our growth strategy. With marquee clients such as National Highways UK and Transport Malta already leveraging Experion’s IP, Praveen’s appointment signals our intent to accelerate traction in this region, with plans to expand his team soon.
