She has also successfully led large global teams dispersed across the US, India, Europe, and the Philippines, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Sumi holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA in Finance & Operations. Her leadership in the Dallas area is marked by her dedication to excellence and innovation in service delivery.
