Experion–Toshiba slash claims time by up to 60%

Thoshiba Partnership

Experion Technologies and Toshiba have strengthened their partnership to speed up workflow digitisation across Australia. The focus is on logistics and supply chain companies, where delays, compliance, and consistency are major concerns. Together, they are helping firms move from slow, paper-based systems to a single digital platform that improves speed, traceability, and operational scale in handling transportation claims and documents.

The collaboration blends Experion’s expertise in product engineering and digital experience with Toshiba’s strong background in document and workflow systems. This combined approach is helping Australian organisations shift towards connected and scalable operations. It also supports businesses dealing with changing customer needs, tighter governance rules, and widespread operations across cities and regional areas.

Keith Anderson, Regional Manager (VIC), Toshiba Australia, shared, “This collaboration is about helping Australian organisations modernise with confidence. Together, we’re providing a stronger pathway from capture to connected workflows, underpinned by reliability and scale.”

Early results show a strong impact

Early results from joint deployments show that claims processing times have dropped by up to 40–60%. Businesses are also seeing better audit tracking, smoother operations, and improved efficiency across multiple locations. These outcomes have strengthened the partnership and paved the way for a wider rollout in Australia.

For Experion, this deepened collaboration expands its presence in the Australian market and reinforces its focus on long-term digital transformation. For Toshiba, it strengthens its move beyond devices into full-scale digital workflow solutions.

Commenting on the collaboration, Satheesh Baskaran, Vice President & Region Head Experion Technologies, said, “Australia is prioritising practical transformation, initiatives that reduce friction, strengthen governance, and support growth across distributed operations. Our partnership with Toshiba reflects that direction.”

Looking ahead, both companies plan to expand customer programmes, improve system integration, and introduce more automation to help Australian organisations grow without adding complexity.
