Job Purpose

• We’re seeking a creative powerhouse to lead visual storytelling across digital, motion, and print. As a Senior Visual Designer, you’ll shape high-impact design assets, elevate brand presence, and mentor a growing design team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every visual speaks with clarity, emotion, and intent.

Job Description

• Visual & Brand Design Excellence:
  • Create visually cohesive assets across campaigns, internal communication, and branding with strong design systems and color theory.
• Motion & Video Design:
  • Ideate and produce motion graphics, explainer videos, and visual animations aligned with modern trends and tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
• AI & Emerging Tools:
  • Use emerging tools like Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, and Midjourney to enhance visual storytelling and productivity.
• Cross-Platform Design Mastery:
  • Adapt designs for web, mobile and social media. Stay updated with platform-specific standards and accessibility.
• Mentorship & Collaboration:
  • Mentor junior designers and collaborate across product, content, and marketing teams for unified creative outputs.
• Print & Physical Media Design:
  • Develop brochures, flyers, posters, event branding, and other physical assets with deep knowledge of print processes and finishes, ensuring production-ready files.
