The Client

The client is a local chain of fast-food restaurants in Australia. They engaged with Experion earlier to build a delivery app development solution that helped van drivers locate residential addresses via mobile to deliver food. The application had been a success, and the client decided to accelerate their pace of change. Experion was asked to develop further mobile-based applications that would transform their business into a more customer-oriented one.

Our Solution

We developed two types of applications based on their business models. The first is a mobile-based online order and in-store pick-up app, which allows users to order food online and pick it up from the store later. The second is a web-based delivery app development solution, enabling customers to place orders online and receive doorstep delivery at the requested time.

The driver application built earlier is being revamped and integrated with the new delivery app development software. This updated solution allows drivers to manage orders efficiently, access delivery details, follow a map-based route, and update the delivery status in real-time.
