Enterprise Procurement Software
Additionally, the client sought to expand its services portfolio into emerging areas such as mobile application development, analytics/business intelligence, and the latest web solutions.
The Client
The client, an IT products and services company based in Sweden, provides IT services through specialized partners in Scandinavia while managing project management and account relationships locally.
The Challenge
Despite the success of their OTC products, the client faced challenges maintaining customer proximity due to COVID-19 lockdowns. With a surge in teleconsultation, the client shifted focus to developing a teleconsultation platform for patients, facilitating video consultations and avoiding long clinic waits and traffic.
The client also aimed to address diabetes control through a mobile platform. This platform would track diabetic patients’ daily routines, with care providers monitoring activities and healthcare practitioners offering support via chat and notifications.
Our Solution
Experion developed the Enterprise Procurement Software, a web-based, user-friendly solution designed to streamline the corporate procurement process. This platform replaced traditional mail-based procurement and project request systems, which complicated analysis and tracking. The application allows corporate users to define project requirements and set up survey requests, which suppliers can respond to with quotes.
Responses are displayed on a corporate user dashboard for easy review and analysis. The system auto-evaluates supplier responses based on predefined weights and scores, enabling users to select suppliers efficiently. The solution includes dashboards and KPI reports for managing and tracking requests. As a SaaS product hosted on a cloud platform, it offers various licensing options and integrates with a payment gateway.
Web & Mobile Application Development Services
To bolster its IT services, the client partnered with Experion for web and mobile technologies. Under this agreement, the client managed local project services while Experion handled development, testing, and deployment from its Indian centers. This offshore model proved highly successful, with Experion delivering over a dozen projects for the client in a short time frame.
