Experion developed a scalable Retail Analytics Solution designed to track and monitor customer traffic in retail stores. The system enables customers to check in and out using personalized QR codes generated for each visitor. These codes can be scanned at store entrances, allowing easy contact tracing if a COVID-19 case is detected.
The solution, powered by advanced analytics, provides near real-time insights into customer demographics and footfall patterns. This data enables retailers to craft personalized promotional campaigns. Fully hosted on the cloud, the solution adheres to all security and privacy regulations and is being adopted by some of the largest retail chains in Australia and New Zealand.
