Scaling a legacy OMS for rapid adoption.
The existing online order form couldn’t support large B2B loads or unlimited user growth, restricting new registrations and slowing order processing.
Solution
Experion ran a structured discovery phase to map pain points, align stakeholder priorities, and define a phased modernization roadmap. We then re-engineered and expanded core order management system capabilities, enabling shared B2B accounts, multi-user access, recurring orders, and scheduled fulfilment.

We integrated DEA secured digital certificates and Legisym’s Controlled Substance Ordering System (CSOS), automating signing and validation steps to reduce effort and improve compliance confidence.
