Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. Responsibilities

1. Gather and analyse business requirements: Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and data analysis to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into clear, concise requirements.
2. Negotiate and finalize requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to define and prioritize requirements while ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. Develop and maintain product documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, requirement specifications, user stories, and product backlogs.
4. Champion Agile methodologies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies like requirement grooming and sprint planning, contributing to an efficient and iterative development process.
5. Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts: Share your knowledge and experience to help them develop their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends: Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and best practices in business analysis and product development.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
2. Proven track record of successfully gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
5. Experience working in an Agile environment, with familiarity with common Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
6. Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, JIRA, MIRO or equivalent tools.
7. Understanding of web/mobile application development concepts is a plus.
