Job purpose
As a UI Designer, you will craft user-centric products and experiences, into – functional – beautiful and delightful
interfaces as well as micro-interactions. You will work with developers, UX designers, and Business Analysts. You
will deliberate design decisions and translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive
interaction.
Job Description
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, visual user interface design, animations, transition and
prototyping tools - Strong understanding of master the basics such as color, space, typography, hierarchy, and paddings
and grids - Proficient in interaction design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision, and/or other industry design and
prototyping tools - Strong understanding of the fundamentals of design systems and how it works at scale
- Attention to details and ability to structure design system/components for an easy-handoff to
developers - Excellent organizational skills, collaborative teamwork with wide range or stakeholders
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understanding of UX design process and research
- Work closely with UX designers to execute entire features or product wireframes
- Effectively present ideas and design rationally based on product requirements
- Create and maintain style guides (including typography, buttons, color palette)
- Implementing cohesive branding across design elements.
- Improve the look and feel of a wireframe into the hi-fidelity user interface
- Interaction design – including animation, interactivity, prototypes
- Understand the data or research insight into the design decisions
- Contribute to improve, maintain and adopt the design system and involved in the documentation phase
- Work closely with front-end engineers to deliver design specifications
- Deliver advanced prototype based on the product requirement with good functionality for design review and usability testing purpose
- Proactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goal
