SailPoint IAM Implementation for a Wellbeing Company
Our client is an Australian mutual company rooted in the friendly societies’ movement. They provide a range of health and wellbeing services, including health insurance, dental & optical cover, aged care, and mental health support.
The primary challenges included a diverse application landscape and the complexity of managing non-employee entities such as vendors and contractors. The client aimed to address these issues through the implementation of a robust IAM program.
To meet the client’s IAM program needs, Experion was engaged to provide comprehensive support. Our solution encompassed design, development, configuration, quality assurance, and migration services, transitioning from a distributed IAM system to SailPoint.
The Experion team tailored a system design aligned with the client’s requirements and developed a roadmap for seamless implementation. Custom integrations with various enterprise applications, including Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, in-house developed applications, and legacy systems, were implemented to ensure a smooth transition.
The ongoing onboarding of over 75 enterprise applications guarantees the integration of all relevant systems into the IAM program. This ensures comprehensive access management and heightened security measures.
- Enhanced Identity and Access Management Capabilities: The client now enjoys strengthened control over user access and increased security measures.
- Streamlined Access Controls: The extensive onboarding process has streamlined access controls, ensuring that all systems are integrated into the IAM program.
- Improved Efficiency: The IAM program has significantly improved overall efficiency by providing a centralized platform for access management.
- Protection of Sensitive Data: The heightened security measures have contributed to the protection of sensitive data, safeguarding the client’s information.
