Job Description
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Plan and organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee morale and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department managers to address employee concerns and implement solutions.
- Measure and track employee engagement metrics to gauge the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
- Stay current on trends and best practices in employee engagement and incorporate innovative ideas into the organization’s engagement strategy.
- Assist in the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures.
- Proactively work towards identifying the pulse among employees and discuss with the lead/ manager for further actions to be taken.
- To adhere to ISMS policies and procedures
Campus Connects and Selection process:
- Assist in the implementation of various engagement activities in the campus.
- Manage the end-to-end activities of Campus Selection process.
HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and data privacy regulations.
- Manage the electronic and physical filing systems for HR documentation.
- Maintain the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
