About This Opportunity
The Global Marketing team is a young and vibrant group, passionate about showcasing Experion’s
story worldwide. Our team handles Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Partnership & Alliances, Digital
Marketing, Corporate Communications, Branding and PR.
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic, target-oriented Tele-Calling Executive to be a part of
Inside Sales Team. The person will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and help
Experion scale up the sales revenue stream with effective calling strategies.

Your Contribution To The Team
- Initiate outbound calls to cold contacts within the UK/ANZ time zones.
- Effectively communicate and market our IT services, products, & product partnerships.
- Convert cold contacts into potential leads and set up appointments.
- Maintain a systematic approach to keep track of contacts, leads, and appointments.
- Maintain consistent and quality communication with internal stakeholders.
- Meet lead & pipeline targets and enhancing brand visibility within assigned territories.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, & pre-sales team to move potential leads through the sales funnel.
- Stay flexible and adapt to evolving market conditions and customer needs to optimize sales outcomes.
Is this you?
- Minimum of 3 years of calling/sales experience in the UK/ANZ Process.
- Strong command over English.
- Experience in the IT services industry is preferred.
- Strong customer acquisition & sales skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to overcome objections.
- A self-starter and a go-getter.
