Job Description
- Manager – Presales should have an experience of 8+ years in bid management and pre-sales support activities.
- Should be able to independently own the responsibility of a region and provide support in business development activities.
- Should also be able to independently work on bid related activities by coordinating with sales and delivery teams.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), business analysis skills and good understanding of software development processes and latest technologies.
- To adhere to ISMS Policies and procedures.
- The key areas where the candidate is required to work on include:
1. Bid Management
• Take up bid management and proposal creation responsibility for designated region
• Coordination with Business Units/ Practices for bid response creation
2. Sales Support
• Actively engage with sales regions/ sales personnel for business development
• Provide support for the sales regions to track and close business opportunities
• Provide consulting support during pre-sales stage of business opportunities
3. Marketing Support
• Ownership in creating Case Studies, White Papers, etc.
• Creation of blogs and marketing write-ups (business focused)

Candidates from mid-sized IT service companies with hands-on experience are preferred
